Saturday 21 September 2013 Chinnor to Goring-on-Thames, England
Alrightyou now know that I love clocks. I love their character and chimesso individual! At every opportunity, I will try to record 12 chimes. This is a lovely Old Dutch clock in a house along the Ridgeway where I was offered spectacular and delightful company! Yes, with their permission, I recorded at midnight. |

I was actually lost here, but I didnt know it yet. This was a beautiful bridle trail, so lovely that I missed where the Ridgeway Trail split off, and so I added about 3 more miles to an already too long day. But it also was my first chance to record the lovely sounds of forest birds without air traffic, so it was entirely worth it, and led to another wonderful serendipitous meeting. My trip has been full of those! |

A pocket view on a road back to the Ridgeway. As I said, often getting lost is just another form of luck! |

Back on the trail, we passed through a pasture with sheep. Troy didnt care, but some of the sheep did. |
